PathWise IT did not start with a business plan. It started with a frustration that took two decades to put into words.
Over twenty years in technology, our founder worked just about every side of the industry, from enterprise IT supporting national brands to building managed-services operations from the inside out. Across all of it, one pattern kept surfacing: too many IT providers treated the businesses they served as something to be billed, not something to be helped. Clients were sold things they did not need, left waiting when they actually needed support, and talked down to the whole way through.
The deeper problem was not any one company. It was the model itself, built to extract as much as possible from each account rather than to genuinely serve it. PathWise IT was created to prove the opposite works. That an IT partner can put people first, tell the truth even when it costs a sale, and build a real business on doing right by the folks it serves.
That is not a tagline here. It is the reason flat-rate pricing replaced surprise invoices, the reason you reach a real technician instead of a queue, and the reason we would rather keep a client through good work than trap them in a contract. We are local to Eugene and Springfield, which means the businesses we serve are not accounts in a portal somewhere. They are our neighbors.
