Why PathWise IT Exists

PathWise IT was founded on a conviction that took years inside the industry to crystallize. After two decades working across technology, from enterprise IT supporting national brands to building managed-services operations from the inside, one pattern kept repeating: too many IT providers treated businesses as something to extract from. Clients got sold things they did not need, ignored when they actually needed help, and talked down to the entire time.

That is not a business worth building. PathWise was created to prove the opposite model works, that an IT partner can put people first, do right by the businesses it serves, and let everything else follow from that.
